I renewed the HP black cartridge and downloaded the HP PHOTOSMART FULL FEATURE AND DRIVERS SOFTWARE today and the problem persists. Suddenly, it stopped printing black text of emails but prints black on web pages and images. Photosmart HP 6510 will not print black text of emails but ok for photos and web pages
